-Put a tiny bit of toothpaste into a
small cup,
mix in one teaspoon baking soda
plus one
teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide, and
half a
teaspoon water.
Thoroughly mix then brush your
teeth for two minutes. Remember to
do it once a week until you have
reached the results you want. Once
your teeth are good and white, limit
yourself to using the
whitening treatment once every
month or two.

I make my own hydrogen peroxide by mixing hydrogen with peroxide.
That was offensive to my brain as a Chemist...^^^
Be careful if your tooth enamel is thin or your teeth are porous as too much bleaching product can make teeth translucent and appear grey, this is irreversible. Also, teeth where enamel has worn away will be left with dark patches highlighted by the lighter teeth as these marks cannot be bleached even with professional tooth whitening unless filled first.

Simply swallow the entire concoction....and you may never have to brush them again...
please dont do this, it will damage your teeth. I have seen irreversible damage done to teeth and gums from non propriety tooth whitening products.
Yeah, don't use this free method, go and BUY their product.
You could always just be happy the way you are..... People with brilliant white teeth look weird............
